Blood pressure log
A log is a conversation starter for your team, not a diagnosis. Use a validated machine if you can. Three readings, two minutes apart, beat one dramatic number.

How to take it
- 01Use a machine validated for pregnancy if one is available.
- 02Sit with your back supported, feet on the floor, and the cuff at heart level.
- 03Rest for five minutes. Do not talk during the reading.
- 04Take three readings at least two minutes apart and record them.
- 05A diagnosis of hypertension needs confirmation over hours — one high number is a signal to contact your team, not a label.
- 06Home monitoring can identify white-coat or masked hypertension. It does not replace scheduled antenatal visits.
